Shipping Policy

Qucciberry uses Delhivery & FedEx as our primary delivery partners. The choice of carrier is made based on the size, weight and delivery type of your orders. We ensure to ship orders within 24 hours with most orders shipping the same business day when placed before 2 PM IST. Delivery time for Fast Flat-Rate Shipping is 6-10 business days nationwide.

Qucciberry will not be shipping on Holi, Diwali, Christmas Eve & Day, New Year’s Eve & Day and/or on other national holidays (Republic Day, Independence Day). All orders will be processed the next business day.

Qucciberry shipping error and package is returned can be re-shipped/refunded with no additional charges/deductions.

**Due to Covid-19 restrictions and lockdowns, there could be a slight delay in shipping orders. We appreciate your co-operation.


Refund Policy

All refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of the order cancelled, refused and returned.

  • Return freight must be arranged by you for all such returns.
  • A 25% Restocking Fee will be charged on all cancelled/refused returns.
  • Special order / Clearance Sale items and discontinued items are not returnable.

There will be NO Replacement and Refund on Innerwear, Jewellery and Wellness products.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

RETURN POLICY

All items are replaced/returned within 7 days of delivery. You can avail replacement, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you on arrival.

Please keep the item in its original condition, with brand outer box, MRP tags attached, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.

We will contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing replacement/refund. Post initiating a successful return, a prepaid return label will be issued for package pick-up.

Replacement will be shipped on receiving the defective/damaged item and post inspection.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders are processed and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed within 24 hours with most orders shipping the same business day when placed before 2 PM IST. Once order placed, we incur irreversible fees. As we do understand that orders might need to be cancelled sometimes, we are happy to do so for you with applicable fees.

  • If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee.
  • If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. Please follow Return Policy. The cancellation will be treated as a return with all applicable fees.
  • If you refuse order at delivery, it will assess all of the applicable fees listed above – including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.
  • All order cancellation can be emailed at support@qucciberry.com
  • After submitting the cancellation request, we’ll send you a confirmation message along with the refund details to the e-mail address and/or phone number with us within 24 hours.
