X Ball Season 2 – Terms & Conditions

Ticket Pricing
Early Bird tickets are priced at ₹399 and valid until 26th June 2026. Regular tickets will be priced at ₹499 thereafter.
Late Entry Cover Charge
A cover charge of ₹500 will be applicable for all entries post 10:00 PM on 1st May. This amount is fully redeemable against food and beverages at the venue on the same night only.
No Refund Policy
All tickets are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
Ticket Transferability
Tickets may be transferred prior to the event. The आयोजक will not be responsible for disputes arising from third-party transfers.
Entry Conditions
Entry is permitted only upon presentation of a valid ticket or payment of the applicable cover charge. The आयोजक reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual for misconduct or non-compliance with event or venue policies.
Event Changes
In the event of postponement or rescheduling, tickets shall remain valid for the revised date. No refunds will be issued.
