Terms & Conditions:
1 People who have created issues, fights for any reasons are not allowed. Anyone creating issues/fights for any reasons will be asked to leave and will not be allowed in the future events.
2 In case of event cancellation, Pink Passport would be responsible to issue refunds for completed transactions.
3 Additionally, Pink Passport shall not be held liable or responsible for any violation of intellectual property rights that may arise out of any Artist performance at the event.
4 Tickets are non-cancelable, non-refundable and non-transferable.
5 Guestlist may shut earlier than the mentioned time once it is full.
6 21+ Government Issued Identification is needed for entry (physical ID of driver's license or Aadhar Card).
7 We are not responsible for anything outside it's event space.

8 Entry must be no later than the time on your ticket.
9 Customers may be subject to a search and temperature check on arrival.
10 Dress code mentioned with respect to the theme of the party is optional.
11 Management reserves the right to refuse entry in accordance with licensing law.
12 Consumption of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. People found with illegal substances will be reported to concerned authorities.
13 Internet handling fee per ticket maybe levied. Please check the total amount.
14 The venue and schedule maybe subject to change.
15 No refund/replacement on a purchased ticket. Tickets you purchase are for personal use. You must not transfer (or seek to transfer) the tickets in breach of the applicable terms. A breach of this condition will entitle us to cancel the tickets without prior notification, refund, compensation or liability.
16 The management reserves the exclusive right without refund or other recourse, to refuse admission to anyone who is found to be in breach of these terms and conditions including, if necessary, ejecting the holder/s of the ticket from the venue after they have entered the premises.

17 We are not responsible for loss of personal goods or baggage ,Customer needs to take care of personal goods.

18 We hold full rights to ask the customer to leave the venue without prior notice.
19 These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the organizer.
