THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

Please remember the following guidelines while you join us for two days with your loved ones. It is important to us that everyone has the best experience possible and we can’t do that without your help!

Zero Tolerance: Maya Bazaar is a safe space that welcomes people of all ages genders sexualities and identities. Above all else we expect that you treat others with respect and empathy. We have a Zero Tolerance policy towards any type of harassment discrimination or prejudice. Our team will not hesitate to remove anyone from the event if they are found in violation of our policy.

Photography: Our Media team will be taking kickass pictures and videos to help record what Maya Bazaar is all about. These pictures and videos will be used during the event and in the future to promote the festival across various platforms (including but not limited to Instagram LinkedIn Maya Bazaar website etc.). By buying a ticket to the event you are consenting to your pictures/video being taken and used for promotional purposes. If you are uncomfortable with this please collect a No Consent sticker at the ticketing booth and make sure to stick it on yourself at a visible place. While our Media team will do its best to adhere to individual consent we are aware that we might miss a sticker. In case you spot yourself in a picture or a video that we have posted and you have not given or want to withdraw consent just drop us a DM on Instagram at @_maya_bazaar or email us as mayabazaar@roadtoutopia.in and we’ll make sure we take it down right away.

Also remember that there will be others taking pictures/videos at the festival. I’m sure you’ll get MANY selfie opportunities too. We encourage you to be mindful of this at all times!

Grievance: If you experience any unpleasant incident if you see someone in a potentially unsafe situation or find yourself in one if you spot something concerning don’t hesitate to speak up. Find a Maya Bazaar team member or volunteer and let us know how we can help. Rest assured we will take you very seriously. Your safety matters a lot to us.

Accessibility: We have made our best efforts to make this event accessible and wheelchair-friendly. In case you or anyone you know needs assistance to attend the festival drop us an email at mayabazaar@roadtoutopia.in and we’ll see how we can help!

Pet Friendly: The event is pet-friendly so please bring your fur babies along! Make sure they are on a leash at all times and well-behaved. Also don’t forget to scoop the Poop!!!

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Event tickets once booked cannot be exchanged transferred or refunded.

• Event ticket prices may fluctuate based on demand.

• Events are subject to cancellation/rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances. In such an instance refunds will be offered.

• Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of an event ticket will lead to seizure or cancellation of the event ticket without any compensation or refund.

• Tickets purchased for an event can be exclusively used for the respective event only.

• Venue rules apply. Rights of admission reserved.

• Please carry a valid ID proof along with you.

• Organisers have the right to ask you to leave the venue if you are found misbehaving with anyone.

• Security procedures as per the venue. No drugs or dangerous or potentially hazardous objects will be allowed in the venue.

• People in an inebriated state might not be allowed.

• Internet handling fees may be levied. Please check the total amount before payment.

• The terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the event organiser.
