Shipping Policy
- Delivery Method: All products offered on this website are virtual and downloadable. No physical items will be shipped.
- Delivery Timeline: Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your digital product via:
- Instant download link on the order confirmation page, or
- Email confirmation with a download link and/or digital ticket within a few minutes of your purchase

- Access Issues: If you experience any difficulty accessing your digital product or ticket, please reach out to our support team. We will ensure you receive your product promptly.
- No Physical Shipping: As all products are virtual, we do not offer or support physical shipping. No shipping fees will be charged.
Refund Policy
- Non-Refundable Tickets: All ticket purchases for the Trans Employment Mela are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is successfully processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change in personal plans or availability
- Failure to attend the event
- Booking errors made by the user
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
- Ticket Cancellation by Attendee: We do not allow cancellations or refunds for tickets once booked. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
- Transfers and Exchanges: Tickets are non-transferable and non-exchangeable strictly for Candidates Registrations. Entry will be granted only to the person whose name is registered at the time of booking. (This clause is not applicable for Corporate Registrations)
- Duplicate Orders: In case of duplicate transactions, please contact us immediately with proof of both transactions. If verified, a refund for the duplicate charge may be issued within 7–10 business days.
