1. Ticket Cancellation by Attendee

We do not allow cancellations or exchanges for tickets once booked. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

2. Transfers and Exchanges

Tickets are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Entry will be granted only to the person whose name is registered at the time of booking. (Not applicable for Corporate registrations)

3. Duplicate Orders

In case of duplicate transactions, please contact us immediately with proof of both transactions. If verified, a refund for the duplicate charge may be issued within 7–10 business days.
