Processing time may be extended during holidays, sales, or peak seasons.
Custom or made-to-order items may take longer; timelines will be communicated accordingly.

We use a variety of trusted courier partners to deliver your orders safely and efficiently. The courier service is selected based on your location, product size/weight, and service availability at the time of dispatch.
Shipping Timeframes
Delivery timelines vary by location and courier partner.
Once dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, incorrect addresses, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we are not liable for lost or undelivered packages.
Re-shipping fees will apply if a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address details.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please refer to our Return Policy. We can only address damage claims if:
An unboxing video is provided showing the sealed package being opened.
The video is shared within 7 days of delivery.
Without this video evidence, we cannot offer replacements, as we are not liable for courier-related damages.

Thank you for supporting our small business! We take great care in handcrafting and packaging our ceramic products, soaps, and candles to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Due to the nature of our products and our status as a small business, we are only able to accept returns or offer replacements under specific conditions outlined below.
Damaged Items
We only accept claims for damaged items if an unboxing video is provided. The video must meet the following criteria:
Clearly show the sealed package being opened.
Clearly display the damaged product(s).
Must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
If these conditions are met, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit for the damaged item(s).
Non-Damage Returns
Due to the personal and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons including but not limited to:
Change of mind
Allergic reactions
Scent preference
Misuse or improper care
