Shipping Policy
In the event of broken/damaged items due to shipping and logistics issues please get in touch with us within 12 hours from receiving the package. We will do our best to assist you and help you get a replacement at no extra cost or a refund as a store credit! Please email us with an image of the package and a 60-second video opening it with the damaged product inside. Contact us for shipping issues at gothmeetsbling@gmail.com.
Refund Policy
No refunds, any damaged items due to shipping will be given in the form of store credit and/or a replacement of the same/different item within the same cost limit.
