• Event tickets once booked cannot be exchanged transferred or refunded.
• Event ticket prices may fluctuate based on demand.
• Events are subject to cancellation/rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances. In such an instance refunds will be offered.
• Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of an event ticket will lead to seizure or cancellation of the event ticket without any compensation or refund.
• Tickets purchased for an event can be exclusively used for the respective event only.
• Venue rules apply. Rights of admission reserved.
• Please carry a valid ID proof along with you.
• Organisers have the right to ask you to leave the venue if you are found misbehaving with anyone.
• Security procedures as per the venue. No drugs or dangerous or potentially hazardous objects will be allowed in the venue.
• People in an inebriated state might not be allowed.
• Internet handling fees may be levied. Please check the total amount before payment.
• The terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the event organiser.
Refund Policy
Refund Policy:
- All ticket sales are final. No exchanges or transfers are allowed.
- Refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizers. In such cases, refunds will be processed as per the organizers' discretion.
- If the event is canceled, ticket holders will be notified via email with instructions on how to obtain a refund.
- In the case of a rescheduled event, tickets will be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund.
- Refund requests must be made within a specified period after notification of the cancellation or rescheduling.
- No refunds will be given for tickets purchased through unauthorized sellers.
