Trinketbells Cancellation, Return, and Exchange Policy

1. Cancellation Policy:

   • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
   • After 24 hours, cancellations are not possible due to the custom-made nature of our products.

2. Return Policy:

   • We accept returns only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
   • To request a return, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, providing your order details and clear photos of the issue.
   • Custom-made items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

3. Exchange Policy:

   • We offer exchanges for damaged or defective items within 7 days of receipt.
   • Please contact us for exchange instructions, and we’ll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
   • Custom-made items cannot be exchanged unless there’s an error in design or craftsmanship.

4. Return Shipping:

   • If a return or exchange is required, we will provide return instructions.
   • We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items.
