Shipping Policy

Delivery Method: All products offered on this website are virtual and downloadable. No physical items will be shipped.

Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Tickets: All ticket purchases for the Trans Employment Mela are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is successfully processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change in personal plans or availability
- Failure to attend the event
- Booking errors made by the user

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Ticket Cancellation by Attendee: We do not allow cancellations or refunds for tickets once booked. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
Transfers and Exchanges: Tickets are non-transferable and non-exchangeable strictly for Candidates Registrations. Entry will be granted only to the person whose name is registered at the time of booking. (This clause is not applicable for Corporate Registrations)
Duplicate Orders: In case of duplicate transactions, please contact us immediately with proof of both transactions. If verified, a refund for the duplicate charge may be issued within 7–10 business days.
