• Once dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, incorrect addresses, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

• If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we are not liable for lost or undelivered packages.

• Re-shipping fees will apply if a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address details.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please refer to our Return Policy. We can only address damage claims if:

• An unboxing video is provided showing the sealed package being opened.

• The video is shared within 7 days of delivery.

Without this video evidence, we cannot offer replacements, as we are not liable for courier-related damages.
